    I think if you mix in some well-groomed otters in Hawaiian shirts, straw hats, and sunglasses sipping umbrella drinks to that mural idea you might get buy-in from the rest of the team.

    Wow… that’s exciting! I suck at decorating, as anyone who has seen my place pre-Debbie, but I’m thrilled for you guys about the St. A condo!

    Okay, while the mural got vetoed, I think I’ve got everyone brought ’round to a PICTURE of flamingoes in sunglasses and otters in Hawaiian shirts and little straw boater hats with streamers all sitting at wrought iron cafe tables sipping frappacinos with umbrellas buried in the whipped cream!

    I keep hearing that people are literally walking away from condos in Miami… not even bothering to declare bankrupcy. Scary times.
